    •    Junk and oily food, eggs, weight protein and endogen supplement may increase acne problem. Also, the use of pills, oily moisturizer, and sunscreen for long time may create pimples.

    •    Apply water based moisturizer. Use non-comedogenic mosquito and sunscreen on the skin. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily and keep the body hydrated. Do not wear makeup on skin for a long time.
