The high cholesterol create tension for many people.

Avocado: It contains oleic acid that reduces bad cholesterol. You can use avocado oil to prepare meal.

Black & Green Tea: Black and green tea contains powerful anti-oxidants. It reduces the cholesterol level. Green tea is more beneficial however do not mix milk and sugar in it.

Almond & Pistachio: Almond and pistachio contains poly unsaturated fatty acids. This reduces the LDL level. Therefore, one should eat 5-7 almond and pistachio daily.

Salmon & Tuna Fish: It is the good source of omega-3 fatty acid. This reduces the cholesterol level in the body.

Olive Oil: It is very good oil. The more consumption of olive oil reduces more cholesterol level. You can use olive oil to prepare vegetable or salad.

Beans, Lentils & Rajma: It has high fibers. Therefore, it also reduces the cholesterol.

Pineapple: It is famous fruit, which reduce obesity and cholesterol. Lemon, orange, apple and pears are good for cholesterol patient.
