Vitamin C: In monsoon, vitamin C is very beneficial to fight against disease. Children should eat such food that contains vitamin C. It maintains immune system. It is beneficial to eat lemon, tomato, apple, banana, mushroom, radish leaves, cabbage, coriander and spinach.

Dairy Product: Children should consume milk and milk products. It has calcium, protein, potassium, phosphorus, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin A, D and B12. Milk strengthens the bones and develop the body. Children can drink milk shake.

Dry Fruits: In monsoon, the risk of infection is high. Therefore, one should include dry fruits in diet. This increase the immunity power. Almond, cashew and pistachio has high amount protein and fiber. It increase hemoglobin in blood and avoids weakness.

Mushroom: It has high amount of vitamin D and anti-oxidants. This increase the immunity power. It is beneficial to avoid cold-cough and fever.

Black Plum: It is full of glucose and fructose, which is beneficial for digestion. The consumption of black plum avoids many stomach problem. Black plum has anti-oxidant that avoids many disease. Black plum also has carbohydrates, protein, calcium, vitamin B, carotene, magnesium and fiber.
