Home Remedies for Constipation As per Ayurveda

For a long time, the state of being in the body of the waste is called constipation. But remember that it is normal to get the waste once in two to three days. It is also normal to have 2-3 times in the day.

* It is beneficial to drink 5 gram triphala powder with honey before bed. You can also drink lukewarm milk after it.

* It is beneficial to have one teaspoon isbagoal with half bowl yogurt to avoid constipation.

* It is beneficial to drink milk after having papaya in the morning.

* The ripe watermelon is also beneficial to avoid constipation.

* Fig is extremely beneficial for constipation. Boil the fig in milk and eat before bed. This avoids constipation.

* It is beneficial to have 50 gm raw tomato. This avoids constipation.

* The daily consumption of watermelon avoids constipation.
