Health Benefits Of Cardamom Water

Usually, cardamom is used as mouth freshener. It is also used in ayurvedic medicine. Its water is also beneficial for health. Grind the cardamom and boil it in water. Filter it when it boiled.

Cardamom Water
Keep it in refrigerator. Keep two teaspoon this water in one glass of water and drink it. You can also mix little sugar in it.

    • Cardamom has high amount of fiber. This avoids acidity, irritation in chest, acidity, constipation problem.


    • Cardamom has iron and vitamin C. This avoids laziness and fatigue in summer. This gives moisture to the body and one get less heat.


    • The consumption of cardamom water controls cholesterol level. This avoids heart problem and keeps kidney healthy.


    • Cardamom water has dry uretic properties. This avoids urine problem.


    • Cardamom water contains potassium, magnesium, vitamin B1, B6 and vitamin C. This dissolved the fat from the body. Its fiber and calcium also controls weight of the body.
