Breakfast: Obesity increases when you do not eat breakfast. This increases cholesterol level and impacts on heart attack. The risk of heart attack increases by 27% when you do not eat breakfast.

Sweet: Glucose level increases after having meal. This increases fat that increases the risk of heart disease.

Spicy Food: The blood circulation increases due to having spicy food. This increase the risk of heart attack.

Oily Food: The high consumption of oily food deposits the extra fat in the body. This increase cholesterol level and heart attack.

High Fat Meat: The fat increases due to high fat meat such as mutton and beef. This increases cholesterol level and heart attack.
