Smoking: The nerves, which pass blood to the heart become blockage. This increases the risk of heart attack.

: Those who cannot take walk, avoid exercise, their cholesterol level increases. This increase the risk of heart attack.

Ageing: Avoiding exercise in aging increase cholesterol level in the body. This increase the risk of heart attack.

Fatty People
: Those who are obese, they have high BP, diabetes and cholesterol. Therefore, the risk of heart attack increases.

Diabetes: Diabetic patient get blockage in their nerves. This increase the risk of heart disease.

Genetic: If parents have symptoms of heart attack then children may get heart attack problem. To avoid this, one should take healthy diet and exercise.
