Everyone likes to look young and healthy. It is possible only then when we follow some tips and concentrate on our fitness.

Moisturizer: We look old due to wrinkles on the face. To avoid this problem, daily apply moisturizer that contains vitamin E and vitamin C. This maintains glow.

Sunscreen: The sunlight reduces the elasticity of the skin. This creates wrinkles. Therefore, apply sunscreen before going outside.

Healthy Food
: One should include green vegetables, beans, nuts, dairy products, fruit juice or fish in daily diet. They contain vitamin and minerals that keeps skin healthy and young.

Exercise: Daily do 30 minutes exercise or walk. This improves metabolism and makes skin glowing.

Water: The glow of the body reduces due to lack of water in the body. This makes skin dry. To avoid this problem, daily drink at least 7-8 glasses of water.

Sleep: The lack of sleep makes face dull and glassy. Therefore, one looks old. To avoid this daily take 7-8 hours sleep.
