Gum laddoo food is beneficial to remove weakness. Particularly the digestion improves in winter. These days hunger is also high. Therefore, things made from gond and ghee is easily digested.

After pregnancy, eating gond laddoo gives strength. This keeps both mother and child healthy. This enhances milk production in breastfeeding mother.

The women who lose weight, if they drink milk by eating gond laddoo every day, it will increase the weight and weakness will also be removed.

Put ghee in a pan and mix gond. Grind them into a mixture. Mix grounded sugar, gond, cardamom powder and ghee. Prepare laddoo. Keep this in air tight bins.

If you are overweight then eat only one laddoo in one day. It increases weight by eating it more. Do not eat more than two laddoo in a day. It can cause constipation.

It contains iron. This improves blood circulation and gives plenty of energy.

It contains protein and calcium. This strengthens bones and muscles.

It contains fibers. This improves digestion and avoids stomach problem.

It contains folic acid. This avoids period’s problem and white discharge.
