If potatoes are eaten by raw, boil or roasted then it is very beneficial. Potato is rich with nutrients. There is mainly starch in it. Potato is alkaline so it keeps acid level balance in the body. Potato has enough amount of soda, potash and vitamin A. Potato is the most important nutrient vitamin C.

To take advantage of potato nutrients, it should always be cooked with peel. Because the most nutritious part of the potato is just below the peel, which is full of protein and mineral. Potatoes are cooked with boiled, roasted or other vegetables so its nutrients are easily diluted.
 
Whiteness: Squeeze one potato juice. Mix two teaspoon raw milk. Apply it on face for 10 minutes and wash it.

Stone: Remove one potato peel. Boil it in water and drink the water. Also, chew the skin of the potato.

Digestion: Squeeze one potato juice. Mix one pinch of black salt and drink it before half an hour of meal.

High BP: Boil or roasted one potato. Chew it with skin of the potato twice in a day.

Arthritis: Squeeze one raw potato juice. Mix in one glass of water and drink it before your mail.

Wrinkles: Squeeze one raw potato juice. Mix egg white in it and apply it on face. Wash it after 10 minutes.

Glowing Face: Cut one potato slice. Massage it on face with light hand. Then, wash your face with normal water.

Cut: Boil one glass water and cool it. Apply the skin and paste of potato on cuts and burn skin.

Healthy Brain: Squeeze one potato juice. Mix one glass water and drink it before bed.

Periods: Squeeze the raw potato juice. Mix one pinch of turmeric power and drink it during periods.
