These days the risk of swine flu is greatly increased. Every year swine flu is spread in this season and many people die. Its virus enters in the body through respiration and produces symptoms like cough, cold, body pain and fever.

Keep camphor, peppermint and celery in handkerchief and smell it.

Boil ginger, basil and clove in water. Mix honey in it and drink it.

Drink giloy and basil leave juice for 2-3 times in a day.

Mix a pinch of rock salt in lukewarm water and drink it during a day.

Take a pinch of camphor, cow ghee and mishri once in a week.

Drink milk with turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon in water.

Take medical advice if cold-cough, fever, and body ache for many days.

Daily sit half an hour in sunlight. This avoids swine flu.

One should take care of hygiene. Wash hands-legs with soap when you come home. Keep handkerchief while sneezing.

Avoid cold water, AC and going in crowded places. Eat fresh and hot food. Also, take proper sleep.
