Diabetes: One bowl cooked white rice has a calorie equivalent of ten tablespoons sugar. The regular intake of it may increase diabetes.

Low Nutrients: White rice has very low amount of nutrients. Body cannot get necessary vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin: It has been found in research that white rice cannot absorb vitamins and minerals in body.

Overeating: Stomach fills easily after having rice and it easily digest. Therefore, one gets hunger and overeating increases.

Weak Bone: White rice has low amount of vitamin C. Therefore, bone cannot get any benefit.

Salt: Rice has no its taste. One has to eat more salty food along with it. Therefore, salt intake increases.

Digestion: White rice has no fibers. The consumption of white rice might create digestion problem.
