We use a variety of food combination to increase the food test. But sometimes, the bloating problem is also occurring due to the selection of incorrect food combinations. To avoid this, it is important to know what should not be eaten with anything.

Cheese & Nuts: The consumption of cheese and nuts cannot digest easily. This might create flatulence.

Fruits & Cheese: It contains starch and protein, which takes time to digest. This might create flatulence.

Chicken & Beans: It is the source of protein, which takes time to digest. The consumption of both might create flatulence.

: The consumption of fruits and chicken makes digestion slow. This might create flatulence.

Honey & Hot Food: Honey is hot. If we intake it with hot food or before having hot food then it may create flatulence or lose motion.

Fenugreek: Boil one teaspoon fenugreek seed in one glass water for 5 minutes. Drink it lukewarm. This relaxes stomach muscles and avoids flatulence.

Ginger: Drink mixture of one teaspoon ginger juice with little honey and lemon juice. This improves digestion and ginger’s anti-inflammation property avoids stomach flatulence.

Cumin: Drink mixture of one cup lukewarm water with one small teaspoon cumin powder and pinch of black salt.

Cinnamon: Drink mixture of one cup milk with half teaspoon cinnamon power and honey. This avoids flatulence.

Baking Soda: Drink mixture of half glass water with one small teaspoon baking soda and half lemon juice. This avoids flatulence in a minute.

Garlic: Drink mixture of one teaspoon honey with 2 garlic paste and a pinch of black pepper. This avoids gas and flatulence.

Asafetida: Prepare mixture of little lukewarm water with small teaspoon asafetida powder. Apply it on stomach. This avoids flatulence. It also gives relief from stomach pain.
