- One should drink four glass of water after wake up in the morning. This avoid stomach problem.

- Drink one glass of water before bath. This controls blood pressure.

- Drink one glass of water before tea or coffee. This won’t create acidity.

- Drin one glass of water before exercise. You won’t face shortage of water and gets energy.

- Drink two glass of water when you get fatigue or tension. Your mind gets relaxation.
