Linseed Water
: Soak one teaspoon linseed in half glass of water for overnight. Filter it in the morning and drink with empty stomach. Chew the linseed seeds.

Wheatgrass Juice: Drink one glass fresh wheatgrass juice every day. Drink it in morning with empty stomach. You can also mix little lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
