Bloating
Garlic: It contains gas producing bacteria.

Ginger: Its anti-inflammatory and anti- emetic property reduces bloating problem.

Onion: It increases gas in the stomach. This increase bloating problem.

Fresh Herbs: Fresh herbs such as mint, coriander reduce the bloating problem.

Wheat Rotti
: One should eat less wheat rotti in bloating stomach. It has high amount of carbohydrates, which increases gas.

Millet/Oats: It contains fiber, which reduces bloating stomach problem.

Cabbage/Cauliflower: It has high amount of carbohydrates, which increases gas.

Cucumber: It contains fiber, which reduces the bloating stomach problem.
