Due to eating habits and lifestyle of today, cholesterol level increases. Cholesterol is like a lubricant that is made by the liver. It helps in controlling the hormones in the body and changing the sunlight to vitamin D. It is beneficial for brain. Cholesterol doesn’t dissolve in the body. It starts forming in blood vessels when it is too high. This increases the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Garlic: It is beneficial to chew 3-4 garlic buds with empty stomach in morning.

Cinnamon Tea
: Boil cinnamon with coriander seed. Drink this water as a tea. It is beneficial in cholesterol.

Exercise: It is necessary to do physical exercise along with walk every morning.

Yoga: Pranayama, Sarvangashan, Chakrashan, Pachimothasan is beneficial to reduce cholesterol.

Amla & Aloe Vera Juice
: The mixture of one teaspoon amla and aloe vera juice is beneficial to reduce cholesterol.

Smoking: It increases bad cholesterol and reduces good cholesterol level in the body.

Laziness: Avoiding physical exercise increases obesity. The deposited fat increases cholesterol in the body.

Alcohol: The high consumption of alcohol affects liver function. This increases bad cholesterol level in the body.

Non veg & Fatty Food
: The high consumption of oily, fatty food and non veg food increases bad cholesterol level in body.

Sweet: The high amount of sweet increases obesity and fat in body. Therefore, cholesterol level increases in the body.
