Lemon & Cinnamon: Drink mixture of one teaspoon cinnamon powder with lemon juice and lukewarm water. It is beneficial to increase fat burning process.

Black Coffee: Its caffeine works very well. It increases calorie burning process and reduces weight.

Gourd Juice: It has low calorie, fat and high amount of fibers. It increases metabolism process and reduces weight.

Linseed Drink: Soak linseed for overnight and drink its water and eat it in morning. It improves digestion and reduces weight loss.

Wheat Juice: It removes toxins from the body. It increases metabolism process and helps in extra fat burning.

Carrot & Beet Juice: It has healthy minerals, amino acids and fibers, which burns the extra fat of the body.

Green Tea:
It contains catechin, caffeine and anti-oxidants, which reduces the fat around the stomach.
