Onion is considered as beneficial in ayurveda. Onion is very beneficial for men. Onion contains nutrients such as sulfur, antioxidants, flavonoids and polyphenols. They are very effective for men’s health.

Ayurvedic Benefits of Eating Onion for Men

Drinking mixture of 2 teaspoon white onion juice with 1 teaspoon honey is beneficial to reduce weakness. It increases fertility.

Keep 100 gram celery powder with 5-6 white onion juice. Take 1 teaspoon powder with ghee and sugar.

Prepare paste of 2 kg white onion juice with half kg black urad. Mix two teaspoon of it with sweet milk and drink it daily.

Keep honey in big glass bottle. Keep 45 small white onions in it. Keep it for 45 days and eat every day at night.

Take one teaspoon onion juice, one teaspoon ginger juice every morning-evening. It is beneficial in weakness, lethargy and fatigue.

Fry small pieces of white onion in ghee. Every day eat it with honey on empty stomach in morning. It is beneficial to reduce weakness.

Boil 100 gm white onion in 1 liter water. When water remains 1 glass then put 2 teaspoon honey in it and drink it.
