Chocolates: It has oxalate, which protects absorption of calcium. The more consumption of chocolate weakens the bones.

Processed Food: It contains salt and preservative, which affects calcium of bones. It weakens the bones.

Junk Food: It contains saturated fat, sugar and salt, which absorbs the calcium form the bones. It weakens the bone.

Pastries: It contains refined sugar and corn flour. It weakens the bone.

Pickle: It has high amount of salt and preservative. It soaks calcium from the bone and comes out through urine.

Alcohol: It weakens the liver and absorbs the calcium and vitamin D. It affects the bones.
