Ayurvedic Upay to Remove Weakness
Gulkand: Drink 2 teaspoon gulkand with cold milk in every morning-evening. It reduces weakness.
Banana, Milk and Honey: Eat 1 banana with one teaspoon honey and one glass of milk on every morning.
Pomegranate Juice: It is beneficial in every type of weakness. Drink one glass fresh juice on every morning-evening.
Grapes Juice: There are anti-oxidants in grapes juice, which reduces weakness and gives energy. Drink it every morning-evening.
Munakka Water: Soak 5 munakka in water for overnight. Drink this water in morning and chew the munakka.
Yogurt & Honey: Mix one teaspoon honey in one bowl of yogurt. Eat it twice in a day. It reduces weakness and provides energy.
Almond & Fig: Soak 2 almonds and 2 figs in water for overnight. Drink this water in morning and chew almond and fig.
Black Gram: Soak a fist of black gram in water for overnight. Drink this water in morning and eat the black gram.
Amla Juice: Mix two teaspoon amla juice with half cup water and drink it in morning. Drink it with empty stomach and it reduces weakness.
Mulethi: Drink one glass lukewarm milk with one teaspoon mulethi and two teaspoons honey before bed.
