It is essential to drink 3 liters water for men and 2 liters water for women. This amount is between 8-10 glasses. If we drink low amount of water then we might face many health problems.

Constipation/Acidity: Food cannot digest properly due to low amount of water in body. One might face constipation and acidity.

Urinary Infection: Body’s west removes due to low amount of water. Therefore, the risk of urinary infection increases.

Heart Beat: Heat face more problem to provide oxygen to the mind. This occurs due to low amount of water. In this case, heart beat increases.

Irritation: Dryness of eyes increases. One might face inflammation, irritation or itching in eyes.

Fatigue: Brain cannot get energy due to low amount of water. In this case, brain has to emphasized for work. Therefore, fatigue increases.

Dizziness: Energy level decreases due to low amount of water. Therefore, one might face dizziness.

Headache: Brain function cannot occur properly due to low amount of water. Therefore, one might face headache.

Dry Skin: Moisture of skin reduces due to low amount of water. Therefore, dryness of skin increases.

Concentration: 70% of mind becomes water. It cannot work properly therefore, one cannot get concentration.

Breath Odor: Saliva cannot occur due to low amount of water. Therefore, bacterial occurs in the mouth and odor occurs.
