Sweet: Sugar level increases by having sweet after meal. Therefore, the risk of diabetes increases.

Sugary Drink: It has high amount of sugar, which increases calorie in the body. Therefore, weight and risk of diabetes increases.

Meal: Dinner at late night and immediate sleep after dinner increases weight. This disturbs the sugar level and risk of diabetes increases.

Sit Back: Insulin level disturbs due to sit back. The risk of diabetes increases. In this case, one should do exercise for 30 minutes daily.

Water: Body cannot remains hydrated due to low amount of water. It disturbs the sugar level. The risk of diabetes increases. One should drink 1.5 to 2 liter in a day.

Insomnia: Fat increases due to improper sleep. It also increases the risk of diabetes. One should take 7-8 hours sleep.

Stress: Blood sugar hormone imbalance due to more stress. Therefore, the risk of diabetes increase.

Diet: Unhealthy diet increases blood sugar level. It increases the risk of diabetes. One should include whole grains, nuts, mushroom, green vegetables and beans.

Snacks: Body fat increase due to consumption of high calorie unhealthy snacks. It also increases the risk of diabetes.
