Almond: Soak almond in water for two hours. Eat it taking out peel. The stomach is cleansed.

Orange: You can eat it orange or put in fruit chat. It is beneficial to cure stomach problem.

Raisin: Soak raisin in water for one hour and eat it. It is beneficial to improve digestion.

Rice: You can intake normal rice, without frying it, in your daily meal. It is beneficial to improve digestion.

Spinach: You can intake vegetable or drink its juice. It maintains good digestion.

Papaya: You can intake papaya or put it in fruit chat. It is beneficial to avoid constipation.

Banana: You can use banana or drink its banana shake. It is beneficial to improve digestion.

Yogurt: Fresh yogurt or buttermilk is extremely beneficial to clean the stomach.

Sweet Potato: Boil or grill sweet potato is beneficial to avoid indigestion.
