In ayurveda, the correct amount and time of drinking water is denoted. It gives more benefit. However, it might create many problems if we drink water at wrong time and incorrect amount.

Two Glass: One should drink two glass of water after waking up in the morning. It detoxes the body and keeps kidney healthy.

One Glass: Drink one glass of water after 10 minutes of exercise. It maintains energy level.

Two Glass: Drink two glass of water after 20 minutes of exercise. It keeps body hydrated.

One Glass: Drink one glass of water before having tea or coffee. You won’t face acidity.

One Glass: Drink one glass of water before taking bath. It controls high BP.

One Glass: Drink one glass of water before 30 minutes of having meal. It improves your digestion.

Two Sip: Drink two sip water during having meal. You can easily digest the food.

One Glass: Drink one glass of water before having snacks in evening. You won’t face heaviness of snacks.

One Glass
: Drink one glass of water during fatigue and tension. It relaxes the mind.

One Glass
: Drink one glass of water before bed. It protects us from stroke and heart attack.
