Honey & Carrot: Drink mixture of carrot juice and honey twice or three times in a week. It improves blood circulation in the body.

Yogurt: Regularly include yogurt in your diet. It reduces cholesterol from the body. Therefore, the risk of High BP and heart disease reduces.

Ghee & Jaggery: Regularly intake ghee and jaggery. It contains such elements, which reduces cholesterol. It improves blood circulation.

Milk & Amla: Drink mixture of one glass milk and grind Amla. It reduces cholesterol. Also, weight reduces and it prevents us from heart disease.
