Body looks in good shape when muscles are stronger. It is not necessary to spend time in gym but we can take healthy diet. If we follow good diet then we can strengthen our muscles. Body becomes internally strong due to muscles.

Green Gram: Soak 6-7 teaspoon green gram in one glass raw milk. Mix 5-6 raisins and mishri in it in the morning and eat it.

Sprouts: It has enough amount of zinc or protein. Regular intake of sprouts strengthens the muscles.

Law Fat Dairy Products: Law fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and buttermilk have enough amounts of protein, carbohydrates and vitamin D. It strengthens the muscles.

Dry Fruits: Dry fruits and nuts have high amount of protein, vitamin and antioxidants. Muscles become stronger if you include it in your regular diet.

Peanut: Peanut contains enough amounts of protein, zinc and healthy fat. It strengthens the muscles and removes weakness.

Raisin: Soak 10-15 raisins in water for overnight. Drink its water and eat its grains.

Milk: Milk is good source of protein and calcium. The regular intake of milk strengthens the muscle.

Eggs: It has high amount of protein, gluten and amino acid. These elements give enough amount of energy to the body and strengthen the muscles.

Non-Veg: Mutton, chicken and fish are good source of protein and amino acid. It strengthens the muscles.

Pomegranate: It has enough amounts of iron and calorie. You can eat pomegranate 3-4 times in a week. It strengthens the muscles.

Calcium Diet: Include green vegetables, milk, yogurt, dry fruits, fish, beans, jaggery, papaya, orange in your diet. It gives sufficient amount of calcium and strengthens the bones.

Skipping: Bones become stronger if you do 10-10 skipping in morning-evening.

Sunlight: We can get enough sunlight if we take it 5-10 minutes in the morning. It helps to control calcium level in the body.

Olive Oil: It strengthens the bones.

Alcohol: Research has shown that tobacco, cigarette and alcohol increases the risk of osteoporosis. Bone becomes weak in this disease.
