We are all on rigid diet. We try to keep away fat food. It is not advisable to do this. It helps to keep our body healthy. Good fat is found in natural things and bad fat found in processed and packed food.

Good fat keeps our skin and health healthy. It keeps joint flexible. Bad fat are unhealthy and increase cholesterol.

Avocado: Avocado contains mono saturated fat, which makes mind sharpen and one cannot get heart disease. You should eat half avocado daily.

Virgin Coconut Oil: When you are doing diet and reducing weight then you should think before using oil. But you can prepare your food in virgin coconut oil and increase good cholesterol.

Walnut: Walnut contains omega 3 fatty acid, protein, vitamin and minerals. It helps to reduce inflammation in the body. It also reduces bad cholesterol and one cannot suffer with heart and fatty liver problem.

Olive Oil: Olive oil contains vitamin A and E. It also contains magnesium, which reduces bad cholesterol level and prevents us from heart disease.
