Cabbage: This vegetable is not easy to digest. If we eat at night then gas, indigestion and other stomach problem increase.

Potato: You should avoid having potato if you are suffering with indigestion and gas problem. Potato has high amount of starch, which creates many problem if we eat it with lentil.

Cucumber: Many people think that they can reduce the weight by having cucumber at night. But it creates gas problem because it has high amount of water and fiber. It creates problem in digestion process and we face gas problem.

Watermelon: It has high amount of water and fiber, which is difficult to digest. It also has sugar therefore, stomach flatulence.

Milk Products: Milk products such as milk contain lactose, which is difficult to digest. Many people face gas and stomach cramps problem. Many people suffer with diarrhea after having milk.
