Constipation: Mix a pinch of salt in one glass of mattha. It improves digestion and you can get relief in constipation.

Muscles Pain: Mix 4-5 teaspoon salt in lukewarm water. Put cotton clothe in it and apply it on muscle. It removes muscles pain.

White Teeth: Mix one teaspoon salt, soda and lime. Massage it on your teeth regularly. Teeth become shiny and bacteria free.

Digestion: Mix pinch of salt in one glass of buttermilk. Drink this mixture. It improves your digestion.

Dandruff: Mix one teaspoon salt in half bowl sour yogurt. Apply this on your hair. Wash it after 30 minutes. You will get relief from dandruff.

Healthy Skin: Mix 5 teaspoon salt in one teaspoon olive oil and massage it. Leave it for 10 minutes. Your skin becomes soft and healthy.

Inflammation: Add salt in lukewarm water. Put your legs in that water. You will get relief from inflammation in leg.

Shiny Nails: Mix salt in baking soda and lime. Massage you nails with this water. Your nail becomes soft and shiny.

Joint Pain: Mix 2-3 teaspoon salt in one bucket of water. Regularly take bath with this water and you will get relief from joint pain.

Eyes: Mix a pinch of salt in rosewater. Soak cotton in it and apply on your eyes for 5 minutes. You will get relief from eye pain and swelling.
