Cherri: It contains enough amount of melatonin which is helpful for good sleep. You should eat regularly before bed time.

Milk: You can drink lukewarm milk before going for bed. It contains tryptophan and melatonin element which is helpful for good sleep.

Banana: You can eat one or two banana before going for bad. It contains magnesium, potassium and vitamin B6, which helps in good sleep.

Almond: It contains magnesium reduce stress and muscles pain. You can eat 4-5 almonds before going for bed.

Yogurt: You can eat one bowl sour yogurt before bed. It has calcium which helps in god sleep.

Herbal Tea: Drink one cup of herbal tea before going for bed. It gives relaxation to brain and reduce stress.

Massage: You can do massage to get rid of fatigue. It gives relaxation to muscles and you can get good sleep.

Walnut: You can eat 1-2 walnut before going for bed. It has tryptophan and melatonin element which helps in good sleep.

Honey: You can drink on teaspoon honey before going for bed. It contains tryptophan which removes stress and gives you good sleep.

Chamomile Tea: Drink one cup chamomile tea before 8 hours of going for bed. It gives relaxation to muscles and gives good sleep.
