Milk: Full fat milk has lot of vitamin B12. If you don’t eat meat, fish etc. then milk would be good option.

Shrimp: If you want to complete lack of vitamin B12 deficiency then you can enjoy shrimp. You should cook it. It is quite tasty.

: Soya bean, soya milk and tofu have a good amount of vitamin B12.

Chicken Breast: Chicken eaters would like to eat chicken breast. It has highest amounts of B12 and folic acid.

Psalm Fish: The fish is quite tasty. It contains a lot of vitamin B12. However, this fish is quite expensive but it is very popular among people.
