Noodles: Noodles are high in carbohydrates. Body gets high calorie. Fat increases if you eat it before bed time.

Chips: Do not eat chips before bed time. It has high amount of monosodium glutamate element, which increase the insomnia.

Non-Veg: Non-veg has high amount of protein and iron. Insomnia problem increases if you eat it before bed time.

Pasta: Pasta contains high amount of carbohydrates and other elements, which cannot digest easily. It leads to constipation and hyper acidity problem.

Spicy Food: Bile increases due to spicy food at night. It creates many abdominal problems.

Ice-cream: Sugar level increases due to ice-cream. If the ice-cream contains caffeine then people face insomnia.

Fiber Rich Vegetables: Cabbage, onion, broccoli contains fiber, which cannot digest easily. Flatulence problem increases if you eat this food before bed time.
