Reduce Weight Naturally
- Drink warm water after having one small teaspoon turmeric in the morning.

- Drink 2-3 cups of green tea every day. You can get more benefit by adding little ginger or lemon juice.

- Soak one teaspoon saunf in one glass of water for overnight. Boil this water in the morning and drink it after filtering.
 

- Chew 6-8 curry leaves and drink lukewarm water everyday.

- Eat raw tomato everyday with empty stomach. It helps you to control appetite and reducing weight.

- Eat 250 gm boil or raw cabbage. It contains tartaric acid which prevents carbohydrates and body sugar in converting fat.

- Eat one small piece of ginger or drink mixture of small teaspoon ginger juice and salt before your meal.

- Drink mixture of apple sider vinegar and water before your breakfast.

- You should include chili in your diet. It contains capsaicin element, which reduce body fat rapidly.

- Drink mixture of one glass of water, 3 small teaspoon lemon juice, 1 small teaspoon honey and half teaspoon of black pepper every morning.

- Drink mixture of one cup of lukewarm water, one teaspoon honey and half teaspoon cinnamon powder.

- Drink mixture of 1 small teaspoon Aloe Vera and Amla juice in every morning. After that drink one glass of water.

- You can eat papaya in the evening. It has high amount of calorie and low fiber.

- Drink gourd juice or soup every day. It has high amount of fiber and low amount of fat.

- You can include ragi’s chapatti in your dinner. It is full of nutrients and low calories.
