Bad lifestyle, unhealthy life habits and increase stress makes your hair white at early stage. In this case, some food habits can help you to make your hair black.

Yogurt: It has protein, calcium and vitamin B12. You should eat one bowl of yogurt every day or you can mix salt in it and apply it in your hair.

Beetroot: It has antioxidants, iron and vitamin C. You should include it in your salad or you can apply its juice in your hair.

Peanut: It gives necessary protein and fiber. You can eat a handful peanut every day. You can also eat peanut Chikki.

Amla: It has vitamin C and antioxidants. You can eat pickle of Amla or drink its juice. You can do massage with its oil.

Gram & Jaggery: It is full of protein, vitamin B and calcium. Hair becomes black and thick if you include it in your diet.

Curry Leaf: It has sufficient amount of iron and folic acid. Your hair becomes easily black if you include it in your diet.

Cheese & Paneer: It is full of protein, vitamin B and calcium. Regular intake makes hair black and thick.

Fenugreek: It has good amount of iron and fiber. Soak fenugreek seeds for overnight. Drink its water in the morning with empty stomach or you can wash your hair with it.

Coconut: It has vitamin B complex, protein and anti oxidants. You can eat raw coconut or drink its water. Mix lemon juice in warm coconut oil and do massage in your hair.

Green Vegetables: It has folic acid, iron and vitamin A, which makes black hair and strong.

Milk: A glass of milk gives you protein and calcium, which makes your hair black, shiny and healthy.

Dry Fruits
: You should eat 6 almonds, 10 raisins, 1 fig and 7 pistachios every day. It has nutrients, which makes hair black.

Sunflower Seed: It has vitamin D, vitamin E and zinc. You can eat as sprout or you can apply its paste in your hair.

Fish: Hair becomes white due to lack of vitamin B12. You can fulfill its deficiency by having fish once in a week.

Egg: It has protein and vitamin B. You should eat one egg in breakfast or you can apply it in your hair. Wash your hair after half an hour.
