Onion: Onion contains biotin element, which is beneficial for hair fall and hair growth. Apply onion juice on your hair. Wash your hair after 30 minutes.

Curry Leaves: Curry leaves contain iron, calcium, phosphorus and vitamin B1, B3 and B9. Prepare paste from its leaves. Mix yogurt in it and apply in your hair.

Carrot: Carrot has enough amount of biotin, which is increase the shine of hair and prevents hair fall. You should regularly apply carrot juice in your hair.

Garlic: Garlic contains antibacterial and antifungal properties. Garlic juice is helpful to remove dandruff and reduce hair fall.

Cucumber: Cucumber has enough amounts of vitamin C and anti-oxidants. Apply its paste on your hair. Wash it after 30 minutes. Hair becomes healthy and thick.

Coriander: Coriander contains iron and copper. It is helpful to prevent hair fall. You can mix yogurt in its paste and apply in your hair.

Potato: Potato has starch, which is helpful to increase the growth of hair and decrease the hair fall. Mix honey in potato juice and apply it on your scalp. Wash it after 30 minutes.

Tomato: Tomato has enough amounts of anti-oxidants, which prevents hair fall. You can mix potato juice and honey in it. Apply this mixture on your scalp.

Fenugreek: Fenugreek contains vitamin C, protein, potassium and iron, which strengthens the hair root. Prepare the paste from its leaves. Mix yogurt in it and apply it on your hair.

Beetroot: Boil beet juice and sesame oil in equal amount and filter it. Apply this mixture regularly in your hair. Hair becomes black and thick.
