Fight against Viral fever and cold-cough: Honey has antioxidant and antimicrobial properties, which provides relief in cough and throat problems. Honey is beneficial for respiratory infection patient. Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon honey in 1 cup of hot water. Drink this mixture gradually.

Relieve abdominal infection: Honey contains probiotics, which are good bacteria. This will protect us from stomach infections and food poisoning. Therefore, you should intake 1 teaspoon honey every day.

Enhanced immunity: Honey contains antioxidants, which is helpful in fighting infection. Take 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon ginger juice and lemon juice. Mix them and drink it with lukewarm water. This will increase your immunity.

Prevents from bacterial infection: Honey has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It helps in fighting against bacteria and germ. Cholera and diarrhea occurs due to rain, so you should include honey in your diet.
