Many women’s face acne problem before 7-10 days of period. It happens due to hormonal imbalance. But if you face acne problem every time then you should consult doctor.

Avoid Drinking Coffee: Coffee may slightly increase or decrease sex hormones. Cortisol may increase the production of sebum, which block the pores of the skin. Acne can increase due to drinking coffee.

Crème: Do not apply cream before 10 days of period because it closes your pores and increase the sebum.

Food Allergies Test: You can do food allergy test and determine whether any dietary intake lead to problem of acne. You can also stop eating sweet and milk products from your diet for 1 month to check whether you get acne or not.

Food: You can eat food that relieves inflammation such as salmon fish, nuts and seeds. Also, you can eat red grapes, avocado and green vegetables. You should drink plenty of water.

Supplements: You should know that there won’t be lack of nutrition in your body. If you still have any shortage then your body will suffer. You should intake vitamin B, zinc, vitamin C and omega 3 fatty acid to prevent acne.
