  • You should use liquorices powder or its juice in acidity.
  • Triphala powder is also beneficial in acidity. You can take triphala with milk.
  • Boil raisins in milk. Then chilled the milk and drink it. It gives relief in acidity.
  • Mix ground black pepper and half lemon juice in one glass of warm water. Drink this mixture every morning to get rid of acidity.
  • Prepare the powder of nutmeg and saunth. Take a pinch of the powder and you will get relief in acidity.
  • Prepare fennel, Amla powder and rose mixture. Take this mixture half teaspoon twice a day.
  • Cut the radish and sprinkle black salt and black pepper. It is also beneficial in acidity.
  • Keep neem bark powder soak into the water for overnight. Filter in the morning and drink it.
  • Raw fennel is also beneficial in acidity.
  • Prepare juice of ginger and parwal and drink it twice a day.
  • Drinking lukewarm water in the morning is also beneficial in acidity.
  • Coconut water is quite beneficial to get rid of acidity problem.
  • Clove is very beneficial for acidity. You can chew clove when you get acidity.
  • Jaggery, banana, almond and lemon are quite beneficial in acidity.
  • Boil some mint leaves in water. Drink this water daily after meals.
  • One should eat dinner before 3 hours of bed time so that it easily digests.
