Low blood pressure is also known as hypotension. Normal blood pressure would be 120/80 in our body. There would be no problem if it remains little bit up and down but if it top and bottom readings remain 90 or 60 then you may have BP.

Body won’t get proper amount of blood due to low BP. It affects our organs such as heart, kidney and brain. In this case, we might face serious health issues.

Strong Coffee
: Coffee is high in caffeine, which helps to increase blood pressure. You should drink coffee with 2-4 biscuits in the morning.

Salt & Sugar: Salt contains sodium, which increases blood pressure. Sugar provides energy. In this case, prepare mixture of 1-1.5 teaspoon sugar and salt and drink it with water.

Raisins: Soak 8-10 raisins in water for overnight. Chew it in the morning. You should eat them with empty stomach.

Dry Fruit & Milk: Grind 4-5 almond, 15-20 peanuts and 10-15 raisins and add them one glass of milk. Boil this milk for 5 minutes and drink it when it cools. It is very helpful in low blood pressure.

Beetroot: Beetroot juice reduces the lack of blood. It is beneficial to drink beet juice in morning-evening in low blood pressure.

Carrot & Spinach: Mix 200 gram carrot juice in 50 gram spinach juice. It is beneficial for low blood pressure patient.

Tomato: Mix little bit black pepper and salt in 200 gram tomato juice. It is quite beneficial in low blood pressure.

Basil: It contains vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, which increases blood pressure. Extract juice from 10-15 basil leaves and eat it honey. It is helpful in low blood pressure.
