Abdominal pain occurs due to gas, indigestion and constipation. There are several easy remedies, which are beneficial in abdominal pain.

Asafetida Paste: Mix half teaspoon of asafetida in 1 teaspoon water and prepare its paste. Apply this paste on your naval.

Roasted Cumin: Roast the cumin on pan and take it 1-2 pinches with warm water 2-3 times in a day. You can also chew the fry cumin.

Dry Ginger: You can suck dry ginger piece in mouth. You can also mix little black salt.

Saunf: Soak 3 teaspoons of saunf in one glass of water for overnight. Filter it in the morning and drink it.

Roasted Celery: Roast 2 teaspoons of celery on pan and mix half teaspoon black salt. Eat this powder 2-3 times with warm water in a day.

Baking Soda: Mix 1 teaspoon baking soda in 1 glass of water and drink it. It is very beneficial in abdominal pain, which occurs due to acidity or indigestion.

Lemon Juice: Mix half lemon in 1 glass of water. Mix a pinch of black salt, grind cumin and celery and drink it.

Mint: Grind 8-10 mint leaves and extract its juice. Mix a pinch of black salt and lemon juice and drink it.

Ginger Juice: Mix 2 teaspoon lemon juice in 1 teaspoon ginger juice. Drink this mixture 2-3 times in a day.

Fenugreek Seeds: Keep handful fenugreek seeds in water for overnight. Prepare its paste in the morning and eat it with yogurt 2 times in a day.
