In summer, many times we face food poisoning problem due to outside food. You should consult doctor if the problem is serious. However, we can use some homemade remedies in food poisoning.

Garlic: It contains anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Grind one garlic and one clove and intake it. It gives you relief.

Cumin: Cumin contains anti-oxidants, which eliminates toxins from the body. Boil one teaspoon cumin, little coriander leaves and salt. Drink this mixture, which is helpful in food poisoning.

Lemon: Lemon contains anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties, which are helpful to eliminate bacteria. You should drink 2-3 times lemon juice in a day.

Yogurt & Fenugreek Seed: Yogurt contains anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties, which eliminates bacteria. Eat one teaspoon yogurt and one teaspoon mixture.

Ginger: Ginger contains anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, which removes toxins from the body. Drink one cup of ginger tea mixing one teaspoon honey.

Green Tea: Green tea contains anti-oxidants, which removes toxins from the body. You should drink green tea when you suffer from food poisoning.

Basil: Basil contains anti-microbial properties. Boil 5-6 basil leaves in one cup of water. Mix 1 teaspoon honey when it become lukewarm and drink it.

Banana: Banana is high in potassium, which improves digestion. Prepare milk shake of banana and apple. It gives relief in food poisoning.
