Black pepper teas keep your stomach healthy. You can take black pepper tea in 500 mg to 1 gram amount.

Black Pepper Tea Method:

First boil a cup of water. Put ½ teaspoon black pepper powder. You can also mix ginger juice. Boil it for 2-3 minutes. Then filter it. Mix honey in it and drink twice in a day.

Benefits:

- It contains antioxidants, which protects us from free radicals.

- It is helpful to get rid of cold, cough, fever and respiratory disease.

- It is quite beneficial for stomach. It also prevents us from gas and diarrhea.

- It works faster to increase bile juice in the liver. It maintains the saliva in the mouth so that food digests comfortably.

Cautions: People who has extended bile in the body all the time, they should use black pepper tea in deliberate amount. People who have ulcers, swelling in body parts, skin rash and bile they should drink less tea otherwise, problem may increase.
