According to research, women should not more than 6 tablespoon sugar in a day. Men should take 9 tablespoons of sugar in a day. If you drink 1 soft drink during a day then you can get 7-10 teaspoons of sugar, which is very high.

Beet, Carrot, Apple and Ginger Juice: Beet juice helps to improve blood pressure. Carrot juice helps to improve vision and immunity. Similarly, apple reduces cholesterol levels and ginger helps to improve digestion.

Weigh Protein and Banana Shake: Take 1.5 skim milk, 1 teaspoon proteins, 2 bananas and little ice cube. Blend in a mixer all these and drink it.

: It has natural potassium, which fulfills the shortage of water in the body and gives energy after workouts.

Lemon and Hot Water: Lemon contains vitamin C, which gives instant energy to the body. It also improves immune system.

Almond Shake: Prepare milk shake from 2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon protein powder and 12 almonds.

Green Tea and Lemon, Ginger and Peppermint: Take 5 green tea bags, 1 cup mint, 2 tablespoon lemon juice and ginger. Put 6 cup water in one pan and then mix tea bags, lemon juice and ginger. Then close the stove and mix mint leaves. Filter this mixture and keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Add ice cube before drinking it.

Ice-tea, Ginger and Peppermint: Take ginger and 6 cups water and boil them in pan. Add mint and tea bags by removing from heat. Leave it for 15 minutes. Filter it and mix lemon and honey before keeping in refrigerator. Drink it when it cools.

Buttermilk: Buttermilk improves digestion system. It can be drunk after eating spicy food. It also caters to the lack of water in the body.
