Cinnamon & Honey: Drink 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder and honey. It increases the memory.

Amla & Honey: Mix 1 teaspoon Amla juice n 2 teaspoon honey and drink it. It reduces the chances of memory loss.

Milk & Honey: Regular drink 1 glass of milk with 2 teaspoon honey. It is quite beneficial to increase memory power.

Coriander Powder: Drink mixture of 1 teaspoon coriander powder in 2 teaspoon honey. The regular intake increases the memory power.

Brahmi: It contains anti-oxidants, which are helpful to increase memory power. It is quite beneficial to drink mixture of milk and Brahmi.

Orange & Grapes: The regular intake of orange and grapes increase the memory power.

Almond: Soak 7-8 almonds in water for overnight. Remove its skin in the morning and prepare its paste. Mix one teaspoon honey in it and drink it with milk.

Walnut: Memory power increase by having 1-2 walnut and 8-9 raisins daily.

Ginger, Cumin & Mishri: The mixture of ginger, cumin and mishri is beneficial to increase memory power.

Mango & Honey: Mix 2 teaspoon honey in one glass of mango. It increases your memory.
