Cucumber: Cucumber is high in water, which is always good at the dinner. A cucumber has 96 % water and 4% fiber. It keeps the digestive system healthy. It won’t make body dehydrated.

Pumpkin: Pumpkin is rich in potassium and fiber. It has such properties which make the body cool. In the summer, you should include it in your diet. The blood sugar level of the body remains accurate.

Luffa: It is also called as nenua in many areas. It is very good in the summer. The digestive system remains good and you won’t get digestive disorders.

Boil Potato: Boil or roast potatoes are very good in summer. It has carbohydrates, which is easily digestible and helps to fight against heat. It is also beneficial for good sleep.

Yogurt: Yogurt has high nutrients as well as good calcium. The consumption of yogurt at night keeps your stomach healthy and you won’t get any kind of problem. The intake of yogurt provides coolness to the body.
