Don’t eat Saturated Fat: Saturated fat increase the body. It does not provide any nutrition to the body. The best way to stay away from it that you do not eat packaged food or fast food.

Do not sit down: The posture is also responsible for increasing the fat on the neck. So do not bow down your neck while seating. Because the muscles become weak and converted into fat. Experts say that we should always sit with the straight neck.
