Sharp Brain: Saffron is blessing in disguise for the brain and nervous system. Every night put few strands of saffron in milk before bed.

Diseases: Saffron contains chemical components. It eliminates diseases. It contains good amount of calcium, vitamin and protein, which keeps body healthy.

Relieve the Anxiety: Saffron contains some active components which won’t create depression. It makes mind calm and eliminates anxiety.

Stomach: Digestive system improves by having mixture with milk or food.

Urinary Disorders: It is also a diuretic drug. Soaked little saffron in water for overnight and drink it in morning with honey or sugar. This will remove urinary disorders.

Beautiful Skin: Saffron is used to get beautiful skin from ancient time. Saffron not only provides brightness to the face but also removes facial spots. It is also used in ayurvedic oils. To remove stains of the face apply mixture of saffron and water.

White: Take a pinch saffron, milk and olive oil. Apply this mixture on your face. When the pack is dried then scrub it and wash the face.
