These summer fruits contain much vitamins and protein which will give you energy so that you do more workouts. You can start your day with fresh fruit juice or milkshake.

Strawberry: The fruit contains lot of vitamin C, potassium, folate and fiber, which will fill your stomach and won’t increase calories.

Orange: Oranges have 80 calories which filled stomach. It keeps you hydrate in summer as well.

Raspberry: Raspberry contains lot of fiber compared to other fruit. It has 64 calories, vitamin C, vitamin K, manganese etc. which would help in reducing weight.

Peach: If you are on strict diet, then you should use fiber filled peach. It has 60 calories, which will help you in weigh loss.

Watermelon: Watermelon contains 96 % water, which also fills your stomach and your weight won’t increase.

Mango: It is believed that mango contains many calories but it does not so. Blood sugar not increase from mango. You won’t get even obesity and diabetes.

Grapes: Grapes has lot of fiber. Therefore, if you want to lose weight then you should eat grapes.
