Oats: Oats are rich in energy. The capacity and strength of the body will increase if you eat oats with milk in the breakfast. You can also use domestic porridge instead of oats. Although, it is little thicker but it has similar strength of oats.

Sprout: Sprout improves the body and gives strength. Sprout of all pulses and cereals are good for but mung dal sprouts is the most beneficial for the body.

Peanut Butter: Peanut butter has such qualities that make your heart healthy and sharp mind. Your strength increases if you eat in right amount otherwise stomach becomes fatty.

Ghee: Pure Desi Ghee is also beneficial to enhance the power and strengthen the body.

Spinach Soup: If you are vegetarian and you are taking care of obesity then spinach soup will meet every need and gives you power. Spinach is rich in calcium that increases the body’s stamina.

Coffee: The right amount of coffee intake boos the body’s energy and removes fatigue. It gives inner strength to the body.

Banana: The banana is the primary source of energy. It increases the body’s stamina. It gives strength to the body and makes it strong. You will get might body within a month if you drink banana milk shake once in day.

Dry Fruits: Dry fruits such as kernel, dates, raisins, chilgonja, almonds give inner strength to the body. Immunity increase due to daily intake of these dry fruits. It gives diseases fighting power to the body.
